A visit to the Filet et Fils is a unique experience in Zermatt. Your taste buds will go on a journey to new realms. Local meat and cosmopolitan cuisine come together on the open grill and create a modern, genuine cuisine with a dash of down-to-earth tradition.

You will get more on the plate than just food here. We take traditional ingredients and interpret them in a new and modern way. From our refined sauces to homemade oils and spices, we devote all our attention to the details of our creations. Thus each dish is a visual and gustatory highlight for our guests. We value genuine local ingredients and diverse flavours inspired from around the world.

We love food and we live hospitality. In addition to excellent service we also feature a welcoming atmosphere. From the specially designed, rustic "wooden plates" to the modern furnishings – alpine details and cosmopolitan influences blend in our interior. Our restaurant offers space for 63 people indoors and 25 outdoors.

Our team paid a lot of attention to every detail of a memorable restaurant visit; the Filet et Fils will awaken all senses. A place to come together and celebrate life, family, friends and of course excellent food.
